We’re excited to announce that 15 members of the Lakeview community have volunteered their front porches for the festivities and over 40 local musicians are scheduled to be performing throughout the day. The full lineup of musicians can be found here.
All of the porches are located within blocks of the Southport/Lincoln/Wellington intersection, with the event hub in front of the St. Alphonsus terrace at 2936 N Southport Ave. The festivities continue there with food, craft beer from Corridor Brewery (cash only), and activities for the whole family!
Local businesses will also be sponsoring porches this year, so stop by and receive anything from discounts to free drinks and snacks! Businesses sponsoring this year’s porches are Bentley’s Pet Stuff, Char Crust, Craft & Barrel, Crosby’s Kitchen, Ella Eli, Frasca Pizzeria, StretchLab Lakeview, Tuco & Blondie, and Universal Wellness Source. PorchFest Lakeview is a great way to engage with other members of the community while supporting local musicians and local businesses. Get excited and come prepared to ring in the summer with some great music, great food, and great company!
