Yes, it's wonderful to double-tap that adorable photo of Makoshey's matching kiddo apparel or neighborhood pups enjoying a Bentley's treat, but if you REALLY love your local retailers, support them by choosing to spend your funds locally. They need you now more than ever to show them that love. We can't truly support local business if we don't shop local business, and if we don't shop local then we may not have these businesses that we love so dearly in our neighborhood community.
While we share with you these next two weeks how to get your Valentine's Day on in Lakeview, remember that a like and a comment is very much appreciated, but it can only go so far. So - YES, get yourself those flowers! You deserve 'em, and your local shops will thank you.
