This open-level Vinyasa class with Autumn Anderson will bring focus to the union of breath and movement, as well as proper alignment. Over the course of 60 minutes, we will build internal heat through dynamic and energizing movements that will increase strength, flexibility, and balance by flowing through postures that are suitable for beginners but can be modified for intermediate practitioners.
