Healing From the Inside Out: An Intro to Reiki & Chiropractic

Reiki is an energy balancing modality that induces a state of peace and joy in the body, mind and spirit. It is so relaxing that just one hour of treatment can be equivalent to four hours of sleep. While Reiki mainly focuses on the subtler levels of being such as emotional and spiritual aspects, it can bring deep balance to the physical body. Chiropractic adjustments focus on bringing our nervous system into a state of balance and well being, thus allowing the body to use its innate intelligence to heal itself. Together, these forms of treatment can be a very powerful way to heal. During this event, Jerry and Dr Dawn will discuss healing from the inside out and how it has a profound affect on our health. We will be doing a group meditation and a Reiki treatment will be given to each individual.
