              Join us at Lolë Southport Chicago and spend time with other moms on the Southport Corridor, getting fit and learning healthy yet practical tips that fit your life! Bring your tiny training partner and share with them the joy of fitness while getting your morning endorphin fix! Chicago area personal trainer and Lolë ambassador, Samantha Kellgren, will lead the group through bodyweight strength training exercises as you interact with your mini-me. As an ACSM certified personal trainer and RRCA certified running coach, Samantha works with a variety of women in Chicago and is thrilled to share tips and tricks to help keep you on track and feeling strong.
