    DUE TO THE COVID-19 VIRUS AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH CDC GUIDELINES, THE COMMERCIAL BROKER BREAKFAST WILL BE POSTPONED AT A DATE TBD LATER IN  2020. 

    ​Join the Lakeview Chamber of Commerce, the Roscoe Village Chamber of Commerce, Chicago Association of Realtors' Commercial Forum & First Midwest Bank for a unique informational and networking breakfast for commercial brokers, owners and landlords.

    The West Lakeview & Roscoe Village neighborhoods have seen significant growth and development, attracting young professionals and families alike. Get to know others working in this vibrant community and hear from local experts on vacancies, policy issues impacting real estate, what to expect in development, and how your Chamber can be your partner in attracting tenants. 

    The Lakeview Chamber of Commerce will also debut its 2020 Neighborhood Snapshot, a summary of 
    the history, personality and data about Lakeview, and why it is a great place to do business. Armed with this document, commercial brokers throughout the city will be primed to sell West Lakeview as a place for business investment.

    Invited Speakers include Dillon Goodson, Lakeview Chamber; Chicago Association of REALTORS; 44th Ward Ald. Tom Tunney; 32nd Ward Ald. Scott Waguespack; and 47th Ward Ald. Matt Martin.

    Breakfast included in ticket price.
