              Event Description:
              Join us for a gentle vinyasa flow with Reiki. Vinyasa flow is a type of yoga that incorporates movement from pose to pose focusing on strength and flexibility.

              Reiki is an energy balancing modality that induces a state of peace and joy in the body, mind and spirit. It is so relaxing that just one hour of treatment can be equivalent to four hours of sleep. While Reiki mainly focuses on the subtler levels of being such as emotional and spiritual aspects, it can bring deep balance to the physical body.

              Together, yoga and Reiki will be woven throughout the class for a deep sense of bliss and peace.
              Spots are limited to 9, so RSVP as soon as you can!
              Please bring your own yoga mat.
