Our mission at 5KY is to provide students of all ages and abilities the tools to respond skillfully to stress. Our traditional hatha yoga classes feature fun sequences to challenge the body, but ultimately our work is to teach our students how to develop greater control over their own minds. We strive to provide compassionate, evidence-based yoga classes and Yoga Therapy services, which nurture our yoga students and Yoga Therapy clients. We specialize in the Yoga for the Special Child® method.

Our studio welcomes students with a variety of needs, as we believe yoga is a practice from which anyone can benefit, adaptable to any limitation. As such, we accommodate our clients, regardless of age or ability. Yes, you can do yoga!
